There is no capture quota. The planned one-time payment would cover a defined set of local editing and review capabilities, subject to final terms. The prerelease license design uses a non-expiring local grant with online status checks when reachable; its recovery and revocation behavior still needs live validation. Hosted screenshot storage is only a possible later, separately priced service.
